PAM
The purpose of the Fund is to invest the total commitment in private equity funds as well as directly in unlisted companies. The Fund selects underlying funds among Buyout & Growth funds which invest primarily in mid-market companies but also in small cap and/or large cap companies, in Europe (60% to 70% of the aggregate commitment) and in the United States (30-40%). The Fund’s investment activity consists of:
• Primary Investments, mainly, and targeting underlying funds that are currently raising capital; and
• Transactions, including Secondary Investments and Co-Investments.
